Big Day Out Giving
There is no charge for attending Big Day Out, we want everyone to be able to attend.
But there is a cost to the church, which we would like to cover via voluntary donations. We estimate that it will cost the church £30-35 per adult to fully cover costs including venue hire, sports activities and the hog roast.
As a family of God’s people, some people aren’t in a position to give this much, whilst others may be able to give more. Everyone is equally welcome. We therefore ask people to contribute as they feel able. Donations can be made before or after the event.
In the event that contributions exceed the amount required, surplus funds will be allocated to the church general fund.
Donations can be made (in instalments if it helps):
- Via your bank: Sort code : 40-52-40 Account number: 00023064 using the reference BDO 2027 + your surname
- Via Stewardship by scanning the QR code below (please include the reference BDO 2027 + your surname)
- By cash or cheque payable to Godmanchester Baptist Church
We will reclaim tax from any donation if we have a gift aid declaration from you.
